Laboratory Services Provider Information
Our laboratory provides the testing you need to give your patients the best care possible. Whether you use our laboratory for your physician office testing and/or during inpatient hospitalization, our goal is quality results when you need them.

Courier Services
Courier services are available in McMinnville twice per day from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m., and 4:30 to 7 p.m. The afternoon courier also picks up specimens in our neighboring communities. Lockboxes are available for after-hours pick up at physician offices. To arrange for courier services, they need to contact Lab Customer Service.
Pathology Services
Anatomic pathology services are provided by Pacific Pathology Associates, located in Salem,
Oregon. You can reach them by phone at (503) 561-5350 or by fax (503) 561-4781.
