Holter Monitor Procedure
Holter Monitor is an electrocardiogram (EKG) recording that takes place while a patient is participating in their normal daily activities.
Monitoring is usually done for 24 to 72 hours.
Monitoring is often done on an outpatient basis by appointment. For their Holter ECG hookup appointment, patient should wear a garment that has a loose neck and opens in the front from neck to waist.
