Cardiac Rehabilitation is a program designed to help patients with heart disease or risk factors for heart disease.

Cardiac Rehab helps people who have had cardiac incidents or surgeries recover faster and resume an active lifestyle. A major component of the program is exercise. Participants will learn to recognize and change unhealthy habits and establish new, healthy ones.

Through Cardiac Rehab, we also offer a maintenance program (Phase III) for patients who have completed Phase II or merely have risk factors for heart disease and a desire to exercise in a structured and safe environment. All Cardiac Rehab classes are staffed by registered nurses, physical therapists and occupational therapists.
