Refresher Childbirth Class
Brush up on your labor and birth choices: breathing and relaxation, birthing options and pain relief techniques, medications and medical procedures. Every labor is unique, feel prepared!
Time: 7 to 9:30 pm
Fee: $40 for four-week Birth Prep Class, Breastfeeding, & Newborn Care.
