Visiting Hours

Willamette Valley Medical Center Revised Visiting Policy:

The prevalence of H1N1 flu in our community has dramatically decreased. However, H1N1 is not gone! Because we want to keep you safe, the following visitation policy is now in place:

General hospital visiting hours: 8 am to 8 pm
Birthing Center: Noon to 8 pm

  • Anyone having flu-like symptoms should not visit hospitalized patients. These symptoms include: fever, cough, sore throat, body aches, headache, chills, fatigue, and/or diarrhea and vomiting.
  • Anyone coming to the hospital for treatment with flu-like symptoms should put on a mask upon arrival and sterilize their hands with hand sanitizer located at the entry points. The person is to proceed directly to the treatment area and leave as soon as their treatment or procedures have concluded.
