Medication Safety
Having a list of all your medications and important information about you at your fingertips will allow us to take better care of you. This includes, over-the-counter (OTC) medications, vitamins, and herbal supplements. Whenever you go to the hospital, see your doctor, or see a specialist, review and update this medication list/history and bring it with you when you are seen.
