2008–Hospital satisfaction ratings exceed national average
HealthStream Research just released a study that reported a 91 percent satisfaction rating among patients, above the national average. The results are reported as part of Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems for all hospitals that participate in the Medicare program.
